This policy explains what information MayimFlow AI Inc. (“MayimFlow,” “we”) collects through www.mayimflow.com and when you contact us, how we use it and the choices you have. We are based in Palo Alto, California.
It covers this website and our marketing contacts. Facility data we process for customers is governed by our customer agreements; see Security & data for how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo or send an investor inquiry, we collect what you enter in the form, such as your name, work email, job title, company or firm, website or LinkedIn profile, and your answers to the form’s questions. We also record which page of our site you came from. When you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
- Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. It records information such as the page viewed, the referring site, an approximate location (country and region), and device and browser type, and we see it only as aggregated statistics.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule demos and calls, and follow up.
- To manage investor and partner relationships.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To protect the site and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Services we use
We rely on a small number of providers that process information on our behalf:
- Tally runs our demo and investor forms. Tally is based in Belgium and stores form data in the EU. Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
- Google Fonts delivers the site’s fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads.
- Zoho provides our email and calendar, and Zcal handles call bookings if you use our booking link.
- If the site’s background video can’t load from our own servers, it falls back to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
Links to LinkedIn and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Our own pages do not set tracking or advertising cookies. When you open a form, Tally and Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies needed for the form to work and to block spam.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as we need it to respond and maintain our relationship with you, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including California and the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
